Find a comfortable place to sit and close your eyes. Notice your breathing, simply observing how naturally you do it, without judging what you hear, think or feel. Start breathing slowly, inhaling and exhaling through your nose.

If something catches your attention, be it a thought, a memory or emotion or even a sound, notice that you have been ‘hooked’ and bring your attention back to your breathing.
Continue this practice for a few minutes while you are inside the place.
Once your eyes are open, focus on finding subjects that represent vegetation and animals.
